EFT, stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is also known as tapping. It is a revolutionary holistic healing technique that combines elements of cognitive therapy with acupressure. For new clients I offer a package of six sessions to start with. This is so that we will have adequate time to lay a calm base and prepare your mind and body for maximum benefit. I recommend we meet once a week or every two weeks, but otherwise the sessions are entirely tailored to you and your specific needs. Each session, we will dive into whatever is bothering you emotionally and work together to unlock your confidence, clarity and freedom as never before.
